This is a key role in ensuring our building runs smoothly and that every person who visits or contacts us receives a professional, friendly welcome. If you have excellent people skills, experience with office reception and facilitating events, have excellent administration skills and enjoy being part of a small, hard-working team – we’d love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Welcoming visitors and providing a helpful, positive first impression Managing calls, emails, post, and deliveries Supporting the booking of rooms, meetings, and refreshments Keeping shared spaces tidy, safe, and ready for use Ordering supplies and assisting with general office support Pitching in with admin tasks to help our teams deliver their best What kind of people are we looking for? A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping others Someone who stays calm, organised, and flexible in a busy environment A team player with basic IT skills and a willingness to learn Previous reception or admin experience is a plus, but not essential Base You will be based in Edinburgh.
