The school supports pupils aged 11–19 with a range of additional needs, with a strong focus on speech & communication difficulties. The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have speech, language, and communication needs, as well as associated learning barriers. You will support pupils 1:1, in small groups, and in class to help them access the curriculum. This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve implementing interventions, promoting effective communication, and working alongside specialist staff such as Speech & Language Therapists.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
* A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Linguistics, English, or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathy, patience, and resilience when supporting learners with complex needs
* Experience in SEN, care, or youth work is an advantage but not essential
* Must be eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
