* 20 hours per week – Permanent Contract
* Double pay rate on Christmas Bank Holidays
* You DO NOT need to hold a full UK driving licence.
* We do not offer sponsorship.
This support worker role is based in our Swansea service, supporting several of our tenants with mental health needs, some of whom are recovering from substance use to live independently.

About the role
This is Mental Health Support Worker role is based in our Swansea service, supporting several of our tenants with mental health needs, some of whom could be recovering from substance use. Working with our tenants to live a flourishing life by supporting with them to achieve their defined goals and outcomes. Mental Health Support Worker will be assisting our tenants to live independently with general household tasks and their accommodation needs with paid training you will be supported to be the best you can be.

We welcome previous experience working as Customer Assistant, Hospitality, Volunteer, Care Worker, Home Care Assistant, Health Care Assistant, Home Carer, Social Care Worker, Mental Health Support Worker, Mental Health Care Worker, Complex Support Worker, Voluntary Worker, Domiciliary Care.
