This is a key role in ensuring every patient has a smooth, positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Training will be provided for any optical responsibilities required so no prior optical experience is necessary. As an Optical Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them warmly and creating a professional, welcoming impression. You’ll support with patient care, frame styling and dispensing, while supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks and general practice duties, with full training provided. You’ll help maintain a tidy, organized, and inviting shop floor and waiting area, ensuring every patient feels comfortable from the moment they arrive. Above all, you’ll bring a friendly, caring attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
