Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be enthusiastic and have a 'can do' attitude.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers face to face, via email or on the phone.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements
- Produce high quality prints, photogifts and canvas prints (full training will be given)
- Upsell products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service/retail role is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of Photoshop is desirable but not essential
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 – 30 per week
