Berry Recruitment is out looking for an experienced Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor.
This is a permanent role offering between £30,000 to £55,000 depending on the experience with potential option working from home twice a week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
2. Managing probate applications and the administration of estates
3. Providing tailored legal advice on estate planning, trusts, and tax implications
4. Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and external professionals to ensure a smooth process
5. Keeping abreast of relevant legislation and best practices within the field
6. Upholding the firm’s commitment to "Caring for Clients and Their Generations"
7. Ensuring all client matters are handled with the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail
Experience:
8. A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 to 7 years PQE in Wills and Probate Law
9. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
10. Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach
11. Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
12. Commitment to ensuring timely progression of client matters and providing transparent updates on progress and costs
13. A proactive approach to ongoing professional development and legal education
