About The Role
Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager
Salary: £28,200 (OTE 34,120) per annum pro rata
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.
Hours: 1 day per week, 2 days per week or 3 days per week. Flexible for part‑time hours.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service‑driven individuals to join our team. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars; we will teach you everything you need to know and more.
Responsibilities
* Buy cars and ensure efficient running of the branch, serving as the main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers and prioritize diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
* When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.
Requirements
* Current full UK manual driving license.
* Experience in a target‑driven environment.
* Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
* Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
* Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
