About The Role

This role is part-time, working 15 hours per week, and is a fixed-term position expected to end on 31st March 2026. The annual salary is £47,000 pro rata.
We have a preference for hybrid working; however, we will consider the role being fully remote for the right candidate.
Job Opportunity
You will be an experienced, qualified High Intensity Therapist with BABCP accreditation who enjoys working as part of a supportive team to help clients with common mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
You will be responsible for the clinical supervision of Mind and Body Practitioners and CBT Therapists. Supervision will be provided on both an individual and group basis. You will also support the clinical governance of the Mind and Body service.
Interviews are scheduled around 19th May 2025.
Essential Skills
* Have a Post Graduate Diploma in an NHS Talking Therapies Course or a registered qualification in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, arts therapy, or psychological therapy, along with additional postgraduate training in CBT and significant practitioner experience.
* Hold BABCP accreditation.
* Demonstrable experience working in mental health and young person services.
* Experience with routine outcome monitoring.
* Use clinical supervision and personal development positively and effectively.
* Knowledge of child protection issues and relevant legislation.
* Ability to work within a team and foster good working relationships.
* Excellent communication skills.
