As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will manage warm inbound enquiries via calls, emails, and leads, converting them into meetings and live projects. You will also use CAD software to produce layouts, create bills of materials, and issue quotes. Optional site visits and surveys offer a customer-facing element for those who enjoy hands-on engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for:
Manage and respond to inbound enquiries from potential clients.
Convert enquiries into meetings and live projects.
Produce layouts, bills of materials, and quotes using CAD software.
Conduct site visits and surveys when required.
Collaborate with the wider sales and operations team to deliver high-quality solutions. Skills & Experience:
The skills & experience that the Technical Sales Specialist will hopefully have:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience with CAD software for layouts, BOMs, or quotations.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects simultaneously.
Interest in industrial solutions, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
