The Job Role
* General Manager of a 150-bedroom leisure-based hotel with function facilities.
* Lead a team of 15 established Heads of Department (HODs) in delivering financial and customer service targets.
* Represent the hotel as the face of the business, leading from the front.
* Deliver the financial budget.
Requirements
* Suitable for an existing General Manager from a leisure-based hotel.
* Experience managing hotel budgets of over £6 million in annual revenue.
* Full service hotel experience is essential.
* This is not an entry-level General Manager position.
