When you join us, you become part of that family ethos from day one.</p><h3>🔧 What you’ll be doing</h3><p>This is a hands-on role at the heart of our head office. You’ll be providing marketing and admin support to the marketing manager, whilst assisting wtih campaign delivery, content creation, proofing and strengthening engagement</p><p>If you enjoy all things marketing and content then this is a superb role for you</p><h3>✔ Who we’re looking for</h3><p>Marketing or content experience is highly advantageous for this role, but we arent looking for extensive years in the role, 1-2 years is fine. We’re looking for someone who:</p><ul><li>Assist with uploading and updating website content via the CMS.</li><li>Keep the website monitored and maintained, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.</li><li>Support social media activity by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.</li><li>Assist with collecting content (images, updates, information) from branches and internal<br>teams.</li><li>Create engaging written content for social media, the website, newsletters and internal<br>communications.</li><li>Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.</li><li>Assist with sending out communications, materials and campaign updates to branches.</li><li>Support the Marketing Manager with daily ad-hoc tasks as required by branches and<br>departments.</li><li>Provide general administrative support on a daily basis.</li><li>Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and contact lists.</li><li>Assist with preparing presentations and documents.</li><li>Organise and maintain marketing files, assets, and shared folders.</li></ul><p>Experience with Canva, Adobe or similar software is helpful, but not essential.</p><p>We promote people based on attitude and performance, not how long they’ve been here.
