Team Leader – Complex Fraud & Validations
Location: Bolton (Hybrid Working Available)

The Opportunity
We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a market-leading provider of legal and claims solutions. Our client is looking for an experienced and technical Team Leader to join their specialist Fraud Department. This is a pivotal role where you will proactively manage a team of counter-fraud investigators and support the Head of Department in delivering technical quality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day performance of the team, including 1-2-1s, leave management, and allocation of new work.
* Operational Support: Actively support the Head of Department, with the capability to deputise in their absence and assist with client SLA and MI requirements.
* Technical Oversight: Ensure a high level of technical quality and adherence to contractual KPIs, particularly regarding motor fraud, GAP, and fraud investigation claims.
* Client Relations: Maintain and develop insurance client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
* Expert Knowledge: Excellent understanding of motor fraud investigation principles and claims.
* Leadership Experience: Proven track record in personnel management and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Commercial Awareness: Ability to meet commercial requirements and demonstrate professional integrity.
* Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing insurance client relationships.
