Production Scheduling Planner

Here at Mars, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Production Scheduling Planner to come and join our team!
The Production Scheduling Planner works as part of a dynamic team to manage overall stock levels with best line utilization to maximize output, consistent performance of production lines and ensure customer orders are able to be fulfilled. This includes managing physical stock levels in different formats, conversion operations and various packaging elements.
Supply Chain experience in an operational manufacturing aspect, including experience in inventory management or materials planning roles
Experience measuring and making decisions based on performance metrics related to supply and operations (i.e. Project Management experience
Planning systems functional knowledge
SAP, Mapp or other supply planning applications desirable
FMCG experience desirable
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be the expert in solving inventory issues and providing key analytical data and information
Actively manage inventory reporting
Track inventory performance (KPI targets vs actual) and identify improvement opportunities
