Your Key Responsibilities
* Assess, review and progress plans for children in need, including those accessing short breaks
* Respond to safeguarding concerns in line with statutory duties
* Manage an independent caseload, ensuring timely and effective decision making
* Produce high‑quality assessments, reports and evidence‑based plans
* Build purposeful relationships with children, families and partners to drive positive outcomes
For this role you will need
* Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
* Post-qualifying experience in children's social care, ideally within disability or CIN
* Strong knowledge of Children's Social Care legislation and care planning processes
* Excellent communication, analytical and report‑writing skills
