Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in specialist SEN/SEMH schools across Portsmouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a specialist setting, allowing you to provide meaningful, individualised support. You will work alongside a Teacher and other Teaching Assistants in every class.
The Role:
* Support students with SEN and SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Help manage behaviour and support emotional regulation
* Assist with learning activities tailored to individual needs
* Build positive relationships and support student development
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children or young people (essential)
* Experience in SEN and/or SEMH
* Reliable, resilient, and confident in a classroom setting
* A proactive and positive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
