I am looking for a NVQ3 qualified to cover a route covering Devon for a growing lift company.
* What sort of sites will they be working on? (Various - residential homes, schools, offices, superstores)
* What is the salary? (Depends on experience - around the £40k/£50k mark)
* What are the hours? (Basic 40 hour week)
* Is private use of the van allowed? (Within reason)
* What are the overtime rates? (OT1, 2 and 3) multiples of standard hourly rates)
* Is there weekend works? (Plenty of weekend small repairs works)
* How frequent is the call out rota? (1 in 5 TBA)
* How many days annual leave do engineers get? (25 days)
* Are there any other benefits to mention? (Various training courses – through our in-house training department NVQ 3’S AND 4’s)
* Is there an opportunity for progression? (Lots of progressions routes to senior engineer roles, supervisor roles, and managerial roles)
* Are engineers based from home? ( Yes, based from home and paid door to door.)
* What equipment is provided? (Power tools, hand tools as and when required, PPE, laptops, smart phones, PDA’s)
