Your new companyA reputable brand who have their HQ in Surrey. You will join a team of 4 to provide HR support and guidance to staff. This is a 9-month FTC to cover a maternity leave. Your new roleYou will provide HR advice and guidance to the business of c600 people. You will work with the Head of HR to look at the strategy and then implement it. This role will have some employee relations, so prior experience is essential. As this is a generalist role, you will also work on benefits as well as recruitment, working with PSL agencies. Key Duties and Responsibilities of a HR Advisor:
* Provide comprehensive HR advisory support to employees and management, inline with company policies
* Support management with performance issues, sickness management and other employee relations
* Maintain and manage employee records
* Support with ER casework
* Recruitment support including working with PSL agencies and carrying out interviews
* Carrying out inductions and onboardings
* Assist in organising training and staff wellbeing activities
* Supporting the Head of HR to deliver strategic HR objectives
* Working on ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
