Inclusion Support Officer

You’ll play a key role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and supporting the school’s behaviour and wellbeing provision.
A typical day might include:
* Checking in with pupils who need extra support
* Supporting behaviour plans and interventions
* Working with pastoral leads to keep students engaged
* Helping pupils regulate emotions and return calmly to learning
You’ll be perfect for this role if:
* You’ve worked with young people who need structure and guidance
* You’re confident, warm, and can stay calm under pressure
* You’re good at spotting what a student really needs
Pastoral experience is a bonus, but the right attitude goes a long way.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
