+ Confidently discuss treatments and associated fees.
+ Deliver high-quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and contribute to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
+ Champion customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practices.
+ Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan.
+ Establish and maintain productive relationships with all practice team members.
+ Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager.
+ Possess extensive clinical knowledge of treatments within a healthcare setting.
+ Exhibit strong, confident verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly explain complex treatment plans and procedures.
+ Have previous experience delivering outstanding customer service.
+ Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, capable of dealing with a broad range of people.
+ Be CQC/GDC registered; knowledge of dental practice management systems is desirable.
We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator for 2 days a week, ideally a dental nurse looking to advance or an experienced Treatment Coordinator with high organizational skills and excellent customer service. Flexibility to work additional hours is required.
