Position Overview
Viewit Real Estate is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and professional Real Estate Agent to join our growing team at our soon-to-open new Nine Elms office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about property, sales, and client relationships to become part of a modern and fast‑growing agency in one of London’s most dynamic areas.
The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and supporting the growth of the company’s presence across London.
Key Responsibilities
* Register and qualify new applicants, landlords, and vendors
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Assist in creating engaging marketing and social media content, including participation in branded video tours, property showcases, and promotional campaigns
* Generate new business opportunities and property leads
* Negotiate offers between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Manage property listings across online platforms and social media
* Carry out market appraisals and provide property advice
* Maintain accurate CRM records and applicant databases
* Support the overall growth and reputation of the agency
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
Requirements
* Previous experience in estate agency, lettings, sales, or customer service preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Motivated, confident, and target‑driven personality
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Good knowledge of London property market desirable
* Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
* Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous
