Production Operative Slicing - Corsham
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative Slicing to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Corsham. This role is essential to the production of high-quality hams, ensuring all products meet strict departmental KPIs.
Shift patterns:
* Working hours: 06:00 - 14:00
* Days: Monday to Friday or any 5 of 7 days including weekends
* 40 minutes of fully paid breaks
Pay rates:
* £13.00 hourly
Must-have requirements for Production Operative Slicing:
* Comfortable working with open (cooked) products, including pork
* Strong team player
* Excellent attention to detail
* Safety and quality conscious
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Continuous improvement approach
Desirable requirements for Production Operative Slicing:
* Previous production line experience is an advantage
* Level 2 Food Safety certification
* Alignment with core values including availability, humility, discipline, sincerity, simplicity, ownership, and determination
