Job Description
A fast-growing creative experiences agency is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow the agency’s own digital presence.
This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll shape how the agency shows up online - from storytelling and trends to content creation and employer branding. You’ll be instrumental in building not just a following, but a thriving community of talent, clients, and industry partners, strengthening the agency’s profile and positioning it as a leading creative employer. This is a hybrid role based in Woking (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), offering creative autonomy and close collaboration with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement the agency’s social media and marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, attract top talent, and engage target audiences.
2. Define and own tone of voice, content pillars, and posting cadence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube).
3. Plan and manage the content calendar aligned to recruitment campaigns, agency milestones, and thought leadership.
4. Create and publish engaging content — posts, stories, video snippets, graphics, blogs, and newsletters — highlighting agency culture, projects, and people.
