We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work alongside our Dispatch and Customer Liaison Team.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will one of the front-line supports for the Websales & Dispatch Team.
Assist with the distribution and delivery of goods throughout GB & Ireland.
Handling general customer service enquiries, providing delivery updates, issuing tracking information & assisting with customer return and general administration work.
You will be dealing directly with our delivery and install partners
Booking and scheduling dedicated transport, completing transport and dispatch paperwork
Ensuring deliveries are completed in line with our customers' high expectations.
Requirements:
GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent) Experience of working in a customer service role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, confident and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Ability to manage and prioritise workload, while adhering to tight deadlines - while managing a high-volume of inbound calls and customer queries
Be self-motivated and have proven ability to work on own initiative and respond to challenges in a positive and persistent manner. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices and experience using Microsoft 365 Package
A knowledge of Magento software would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
