We are recruiting a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing company in Crumlin, Co Antrim. You'll be responsible for ensuring all plant, equipment, and services are maintained and operational, working with CNC, turning and milling multi-axis machines.
2 weeks of Mon, Tues, Weds
2 weeks of Thurs, Fri, Sat
The Role
* Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
* Prioritise and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
* Work with suppliers and manufacturers when specialist repairs are required.
* Assist with the installation and relocation of equipment.
* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Keep accurate records and ensure safe working procedures at all times.
* Support and train other team members when needed.
* Liaise with external contractors and issue permits to work.
What We're Looking For:
* Time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 2 years post-apprenticeship experience in manufacturing maintenance
* Experience working with CNC Turning & Milling Multi-Axis Machines
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
