Job Description
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects, ensure pupils remain on task, and uphold the school's standards of behaviour and engagement.
This role is ideal for:

Key Responsibilities
* Supervising classes during teacher absence
* Delivering pre-planned work set by subject departments
* Managing pupil behaviour in line with school policies
* Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
* Reporting back to the relevant staff with feedback after lessons
Requirements
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Confidence leading groups of young people
* A proactive, professional approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
