Front of House Receptionist

The Role
We are recruiting for a professional and friendly Front of House Receptionist to join a growing business in Leeds. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Manage meeting room bookings, set-up, and refreshments
Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are well-presented at all times
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Assist with office coordination and internal projects where required
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Shift pattern between 8:00am - 5:30pm
Occasional flexibility for events or out-of-hours support
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role (preferred)
Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Confident using office systems and technology
