Key responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in delivering overall commercial performance and boutique excellence within a high footfall environment
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 16-20 to consistently exceed sales targets and service expectations through story telling
* Drive VIP clienteling strategies, including appointments, private styling, and in-store experiences
* Oversee daily operations, including stock management, VM standards, and operational efficiency
* Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensure compliance with UK labour laws and internal policies
* Support P&L performance through strong commercial awareness and KPI management
About you:
* Strong experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager within premium / luxury fashion retail
* Experience and desire to work within a high footfall environment, fast paced environment
* Proven success in driving sales performance within a premium / high street boutique environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
* Commercially driven with a strong understanding of RTW collections, fashion trends, and luxury service standards
