The Ideal Candidate
* Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
* Experience: Proven experience working within an early years setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Skills: Excellent communication skills (with children, parents, and colleagues) and the ability to maintain accurate developmental records.

Key Responsibilities
* Key Person Duties: Act as a Key Person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families.
* Planning & Delivery: Design and implement age‑appropriate activities that challenge and inspire.
* Assessment: Complete high‑quality observations and maintain up‑to‑date learning journals.
* Safety & Care: Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and physical care are maintained.
* Mentorship: Support and model best practices for Nursery Assistants and Trainees.
