The Role:
Looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Bolton, we operate in a fast-paced environment where every team member is multi-skilled and easily adapts to operational challenges. The successful applicant will be required to carry out all admin tasks associated with order entry and stock control as well as carrying out physical warehouse duties such as order picking, stock counting etc.
4 day working week, Mon – Thur or Tues -Fri, this is to be confirmed at later stage.
Key Duties:
· To receive orders from internal and external sources and ensure they comply with company processes.
· To enter (or import) orders accurately into the company software system.
· To report upon stock and service levels internally to drive performance.
· Invoices accurately matched and discrepancies investigated in a timely fashion.
· Processing orders and filing paperwork as directed.
· Customer communication.
· Arranging third party transport as directed
· HACCP documentation.
· Stock control.
· Order picking.
· Ensuring the cleanliness of the working environment.
· Working as part of a team.
· Any other duty that is asked within the warehouse.
Skills/Knowledge and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills

* IT experience, word, excel, WMS.
* Warehouse experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £19,536.00-£21,000.00 per year
