* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 12 operations professionals
* Overseeing day‑to‑day operations to ensure consistent, high‑quality service

* Collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and customer‑facing teams
* Using data and insights to improve performance and elevate customer experience
