Admissions Administrator (Temporary) - Higher Education
Location: High Wycombe
Contract: ASAP until 4th September

Overview
We are currently recruiting for an Admissions Administrator to support a Higher Education institution during a busy operational period. This is a fast-paced, task-focused role supporting key admissions and fee assessment processes, particularly throughout the Clearing period.
Key Responsibilities
Fee Assessments
* Review and assess applicant documentation in line with institutional guidelines
* Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets to monitor application progress
* Accurately update student records systems
* Work with internal data systems (experience with QL V4 is highly advantageous)
Admissions Administration
* Upload and manage applicant documentation ahead of enrolment
* Ensure all student records are compliant and audit-ready
* Support a compliance-focused admissions project
General Administrative Support
* Provide additional administrative assistance as required across the admissions team
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines during the busy Clearing period
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in admissions or administration within Higher Education (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience working with student record systems (QL V4 advantageous)
* Confident managing high volumes of data and documentation
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-driven environment

* This role is critical to supporting operations during the Clearing period
