What We’re Looking For : Experience : Previous car sales experience (main dealer or independent)—ideally with a proven sales record. Passion : A love for cars and a drive to hit and exceed sales targets. People Skills : An engaging and persuasive personality, with excellent phone manner and the ability to upsell. Self-Starter : You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support. Perks : Great Pay : £22k basic, with an achievable £60k OTE - top performers are earning in excess of £85k.
