Job Description
3. Monitor and manage the company's credit control processes to ensure timely payments.
4. Responsible for complex account reconciliations
5. Maintain accurate customer account records and update payment details accordingly.
6. Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
7. Work across multiple ERP and invoice/Billing platforms including Baan & CustomCall as well as Salesforce
8. Undertake a review of open credit balances on ERP system
9. Any Ad-hoc duties as advised
The Successful Applicant
10. Good understanding of credit control/ accounts receivable processes
11. Previous exposure to a fast-paced finance environment
12. Ability to undertake complex account reconciliations
13. Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
14. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, adaptable and be a strong team player
15. You will be confident and have the ability to communicate with all levels within the business as well as customers on a daily basis
16. Computer literate with good excel skills and a solid understanding of accounting software packages. Experience of working with Salesforce would be desirable.

17. Competitive hourly pay of £16.00 - £19.00 per hour.
