Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of the global marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
* Create and deliver an annual marketing roadmap spanning trade media, content, events and stakeholder engagement.
* Ensure consistent global brand positioning while enabling local market adaptation.
* Partner closely with commercial teams to translate marketing activity into measurable business outcomes.
Trade & Industry Marketing
* Trade shows, events and open days
* Digital and social content for professional audiences
* PR and trade media partnerships
* Industry association engagement
* Marketing toolkits for regional markets
* Support retailer engagement strategies through compelling marketing assets and storytelling.
* Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to increase visibility and credibility.
Brand & Consumer Marketing
* Develop and deliver targeted consumer-facing campaigns across selected markets.
* Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to create integrated campaigns spanning digital, retail, PR and social channels.
* Ensure alignment between trade, customer and consumer communications.
Brand & Campaign Management
* Develop and maintain global brand guidelines, toolkits and marketing playbooks.
* Lead creative development across packaging, digital and campaign assets.
* Manage agency relationships and external partners.
* Measure campaign performance and report on key brand and commercial KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Commercial, Innovation, Product Development and Regional teams.
* Support the launch of new products and initiatives through coordinated marketing plans.
* Ensure marketing remains fully integrated into the wider business strategy.
Experience
* 8+ years' experience in senior marketing roles.
* Strong B2B marketing experience is essential.
* Experience delivering consumer brand campaigns across multiple markets.
* Proven success leading integrated marketing strategies with measurable commercial impact.
* Experience managing agencies and external partners.
Candidates must come from the agricultural, fresh produce, agri-food or wider food production sectors.
