Due to the ongoing expansion of our services, we are recruiting a highly organised Rota Administrator to join our team in Weymouth.

In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting the Rota Manager and ensuring that individuals we support continue to receive the highest quality of care.
The role requires a high degree of flexibility. Due to business demands, you would be required to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays instead of Mondays and Fridays if bank holidays fall on either of those days. This ensures that the staffing rota remains consistent and fully covered.
The Role

* Salary: £13,650 per annum
* Hours: 21 hours per week (permanent contract)
* Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
The primary purpose of this role is to help manage the company's staffing rotas, ensuring that safe and appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times. This is a key and rewarding role, supporting our staff so they can provide compassionate care that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the individuals we support.
You will work closely with our Care Managers to ensure services are well-staffed and efficiently coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating rotas to ensure compliance with the Working Time Directive.
* Acting as the first point of contact for teams regarding staffing levels.
* Liaising with teams to ensure shifts are covered efficiently and effectively.
* Monitoring future rotas and planning ahead to fill gaps.
* Receiving and responding to annual leave requests.
* Managing systems for reporting sickness and absence.
* Carrying out a range of administrative tasks specific to rota management.
