Job: Electrical Engineer
Company: BAE Systems
Hourly Rate: £30.23 PAYE or £40.64 Umbrella
Location: Glasgow 1-2 days per week on-site
Contract: 12 months (Opportunity to be extended)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Interface Control Documents
* Single Line Diagrams / Cable Schedule development
* Technical Equipment Specifications
* Other contract deliverables as required
* Support Change and configuration management
Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimal experience in engineering or a defence related industry
* Strong understanding of Detail Design Requirements as immediate customer in Engineering Lifecycle
* Understanding of lifecycle management process
* Understanding of requirements acceptance process
* Good knowledge of current discipline
* Able to perform analysis using recognised analytical tools and to make sound judgements
* Sufficient capability to be able to make correct trade-off decisions
