Job Purpose : We are looking for a motivated individual with experience of caring or supporting individuals with mental health issues to work alongside the residents, putting them at the heart of all we do. Key Responsibilities To support people who use the service, Contribute to teamwork and Activities. As a Relief Support worker you will be responsible for key working residents, supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations, working on a one to one basis or providing support in the form of group activities. As well as assisting in the day to day running of the home. As well as developing skills for our residents we believe in developing your skills and are keen to offer training to enhance your professional development.
