Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP! About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and team first People Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in People Operations/ HR and experience scaling People Operations, and be enthusiastic to support on a wide variety of tasks. You will own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, employee engagement activities, and HR administration. What you’ll be doing Own the processes of onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth set up processes and an excellent experience Draft documents such as contracts, contract changes and ensure documentation is appropriately tracked and stored across internal systems Own the delivery of benefit programmes across regions, ensuring smooth rollout and strong employee experience Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendor relationships Ensure policy legislation and employee handbooks are kept updated across global teams Lead the operational delivery of HRIS Implementation and systems including configuration, testing, rollout and adoption across regions Act as a system owner for day-to-day HRIS management, including permissions, workflows, reporting and data integrity.
