Job Description
* Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
* Maintain administrative systems and processes to support the efficient running of the office.
* Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments.
* Handle and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage customer records and ensure data accuracy.
* Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
* Support the Secretarial & Business Support department in their day-to-day tasks.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service standards.
The Successful Applicant
The successful admin or customer service advisor will have the following experience
* Previous experience admin or customer service
* Comfortable on the phone
* Works well within a team
