Job Title: Site Administrator

GRAHAM is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Site Administrator to join our team. You will be based on site at Church Street, Glasgow (G11 5JU). This is a full-time, permanent, fully site-based role, providing vital support to the site team, helping to build strong working relationships across the wider project and division.
Our Site Administrator plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, handling essential day-to-day tasks and providing dedicated administrative support.
The Administrator will:
1. Provide clerical support to the Project team, including Contractual correspondence.
2. Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems.
3. Management and control of all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
4. Prepare and maintain document templates and standards (inc Reports).
5. Printing, copying and scanning of documentation as required (inc handover info)
6. Production and printing of reports and associated information for meetings
7. Updating all notice boards within the Site and Compound
8. Invoice reconciliation (e.g. Goods Received) and submission to accounts.
9. Management of correspondence – incoming and outgoing (Post)
10. Take and record messages accurately.
11. Book and record travel arrangements for Site Staff.
12. Facilitate meetings (both Internal and External).
Essential
13. Must have solid previous experience in a similar administrative role
14. Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office suite
15. Ability to work on own initiative, with solid multi-tasking skills
16. Demonstrate confident communication skills
17. Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
18. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
19. Knowledge and/or experience of the Construction Industry
20. Experience of Document Management Systems
