The Governing Board wish to appoint a highly motivated School Office Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our school office team. The post holder will have enthusiasm and energy and will take on roles and duties to ensure the smooth running of the day to day running of the school office alongside other team members. The role requires flexibility and problem solving on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who can offer the following: • Work in a professional and responsible way. • Communicate well with all of our school community. • Ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. • Good standard of written English including spelling and grammar; basic arithmetic skills. • Good ICT skills including use of different packages e.g Word. • Understand the importance of data protection and safeguarding in a school setting • Working knowledge of SIMS is desirable. You will be required to produce relevant certificates, demonstrating your qualifications, on the day of interview if you are shortlisted. This is a permanent position and the successful candidate will be required to work term-time only – 32.5 hours a week.
