About you:
* It’s essential that you have a good knowledge of Adobe CC for graphic design, artworking and getting client files print-ready.
* Any experience across HP Indigo, HP Latex or Large Format printing would be highly beneficial.
* You will be a highly motivated individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Works well as part of a team but are equally comfortable to see projects through from start to finish independently.
* Be punctual, have good multitasking abilities and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
* A keen eye for detail and understanding of colour.
* Able to manage own workload and demonstrate initiative.
* Good file management, housekeeping.
* Excellent communication skills, confident and approachable.
Role and responsibilities:
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years print industry experience. You will be working alongside our experienced team to create the highest quality print jobs possible to strict deadlines. The role itself covers a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Mac work, artworking, and ripping jobs ready to be sent to our printing press or large format printers.
* To ensure prompt and accurate filing of all documentation.
* Using various finishing equipment such as laminators, guillotines, booklet makers etc.
* Packing finished orders into boxes/packets.
* Organising couriers.
* To undertake printing to meet client demand under the guidance of the Production Manager.
* Prioritising and scheduling incoming work to allow satisfactory completion of time sensitive work, whilst ensuring effective use of equipment available.
* To undertake in-house and other training in order to develop and improve knowledge of the in-house print equipment.
* Maintain up to date working knowledge of both design and print systems and procedures.

Salary range £28k-£32k depending on experience.
