A well-established business based in Scarborough is currently recruiting for a Client Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. On offer is a competitive salary of up to £55,000, plus a strong benefits package including a bonus scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, birthday day off, death in service (3x salary), healthcare scheme, pension, and on-site parking.
As a Client Manager, you will be:
* Managing a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors, acting as their main point of contact
* Reviewing and preparing financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts
* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team, encouraging professional development
* Ensuring client queries are resolved promptly and professionally
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering a high level of service
* Identifying opportunities to add value or improve processes for clients
* Staying up to date with changes in legislation and accounting standards
To be successful in this Client Manager role, you will ideally have/be:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience within a practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge and experience in client-facing roles
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach
* The ability to manage multiple deadlines and client needs effectively
