Role Overview
We are seeking a responsible and observant Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors within a busy holiday park setting. This role is ideal for individuals who are attentive, proactive, and committed to delivering a safe and welcoming experience for everyone on site.
You will play a key role in monitoring the premises, responding to incidents, and ensuring security procedures are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a visible and proactive security presence across the site.
* Monitor surroundings and identify potential safety or security concerns.
* Respond to incidents and provide appropriate support when required.
* Ensure guests, visitors, and staff feel safe and supported at all times.
* Record security activities, incidents, and accident reports with accuracy.
* Follow established safety and security procedures across the park.
Required Qualifications
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in security, safety, or guest services roles.
* Knowledge of incident management and security procedures.
