We are looking for a solid Full Stack Developer to support the development of Syncro, an innovative AI-driven contextual matchmaking platform.
We are not looking for a basic executor. We need someone technically strong, capable of working independently on both backend and frontend, writing clean, scalable, well-structured code.

Responsibilities
Backend development support (APIs, matchmaking logic, user management, dynamic tests)
Frontend support (React components, API integration)
Performance optimization
Refactoring when necessary
Supporting code handover between developers
Writing clean, documented, maintainable code
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience with Java + Spring Boot
Proven experience with React and
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience working on existing codebases
Git / repository management
Good written technical English
