You’ll be expected to be in the office 2 days a week and thus you will probably live within the Edinburgh or surrounding location. The Role: We're seeking a seasoned PPC Account Director to oversee the client portfolio. In this role, you'll be the primary contact for key clients, ensuring your PPC strategies align with their business goals. You'll manage multiple client projects, maintaining regular communication through weekly or monthly updates via email, audio, or video calls to present data, findings, and progress. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage client relationships ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. • Oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day management of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, TikTok, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, and Meta Ads. • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on broader business strategies and initiatives. • Actively participate in the sales process, supporting new business pitches, and effectively onboarding new clients. • Execute both reactive and proactive account optimisations, focusing on strategic budget management. • Play an integral role in client retention and fostering long-term partnerships. Requirements • 4 years hands on PPC experience either at agency or client side, with a proven track record in this area • Enthusiasm & willingness to learn. This is vital. Digital advertising changes daily and you need to be passionate about the technology and building your knowledge to be on the cutting edge of what’s happening in the industry. • Fluent English speaker. • Experience running & leading strategy on innovative Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for leading brands. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Advanced organisational skills. • Experience managing a team. • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with a friendly, professional email tone. • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills and good problem solving. An ability to breakdown complex data sets and identify that one data point that could significantly boost the ROI of a campaign. • Confident in meetings and presenting your findings to your colleagues and clients. • Ability to work to deadlines. • A positive, upbeat attitude to your work. • An ability to think independently, be proactive in client relationships, not just answer their questions.
