You'll be responsible for performance, establishing best practices, and using data insights to deliver tangible business results. SENIOR PAID MEDIA MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Experience running both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns 4 years in paid media, managing budgets across multiple channels and hitting performance targets Skilled in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and familiar with Meta platforms Comfortable using GA4, working with data teams, and making sure tracking and conversions are set up correctly Experienced in keyword and audience strategies, testing ads, and improving landing pages Able to lead client meetings and present to senior stakeholders, handling questions and challenges confidently Team leadership experience, including coaching, planning workloads, setting goals, and reviewing work quality Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial understanding TO BE CONSIDERED: Please either apply through this advert or emailing me directly via alexandra.williams@searchability.com.
