Your Role as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
* Provide high-quality classroom support across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 support to help pupils progress.
* Work closely with class teachers to plan, prepare and adapt learning activities.
* Support pupils with SEN, ensuring inclusive and accessible learning.
* Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence.
* Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
What You’ll Need as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Experience supporting children in primary or secondary education.
* Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills.
* A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to learning.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and follow teacher direction.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
