Roles and Responsibilities:
The Teaching Assistant will be expected to:

Deliver focused booster sessions for Key Stage 2 pupils, aiming to secure high expected standards in SATs preparation.

Prepare high:quality, differentiated learning materials and ensure all classroom areas are meticulously organised and resource:rich.

Assist the Class Teacher in collecting formative assessment data and recording pupil observations accurately.

Provide sensitive emotional support, acting as a reliable first point of contact for pupil well:being concerns.

Lead independent work activities for small groups, encouraging collaboration and self:reliance.

Undertake routine administrative tasks such as photocopying, display preparation, and managing book corners.
Requirements
The school expects applicants to demonstrate:

NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is essential.

Proven, recent experience supporting children across Key Stage 1 and 2 in a UK primary setting.

Excellent standards of written and verbal English and strong numeracy skills suitable for intervention delivery.

Professionalism, excellent organisational skills, and a discreet, empathetic manner.
