As we expand our customer base and enter new markets, we are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to lead our strategic commercial efforts at the highest level. The Role This is a high-impact, executive-level commercial role. As Head of Sales, you will lead the company’s sales strategy in the UK, EMEA and India driving multi-million-pound contracts and nurturing long-term partnerships with Tier 1 customers and OEMs. You will oversee key accounts in our sales areas, ensuring alignment with customer needs and operational delivery. Key Responsibilities as the Head of Sales: * Lead strategic business development with global OEMs and enterprise clients * Own the sales pipeline and revenue growth across international markets * Close large-scale, multi-year EMS and electronics manufacturing contracts * Build and maintain C-level relationships within customer organisations * Work cross-functionally with engineering, production and supply chain teams * Lead, develop and expand the sales and key account management teams * Represent the company at global trade events and industry forums * Report to the Managing Director on commercial performance, forecasts, and strategy execution What We’re Looking For in a Head of Sales: * 10 years of senior-level sales experience within electronics manufacturing, EMS/CEM, or high-reliability sectors * Demonstrated success in managing global accounts and securing complex, high-value deals (typically £5m–£20m) * Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes including SMT, box build, design-for-manufacture, and quality systems. * Strong international business acumen and cultural awareness * Gravitas and credibility to operate at Board level—both internally and with customers * Ability to lead high-performing commercial teams * Willingness to travel internationally as required What We Offer * Executive salary annual performance related bonus * 25 days holiday public holidays pension contribution * Global remit with autonomy to shape and execute commercial strategy * Supportive, forward-thinking executive team and Board * Opportunity to be a key figure in scaling a trusted, high-growth EMS provider internationally Apply Now If you’re an ambitious sales leader with a proven ability to win and grow global EMS contracts, we invite you to be part of our journey.
